TRADEWINDS BUSINESS CENTER
MANUFACTURING SUB-DIVISION

Edge Consulting was retained to provide site planning, design and construction engineering services for a 26-acre manufacturing sub-division on Madison's lower east side. The project involved the construction of 2500' of new streets and utilities including the mass grading of the remaining site.

Services provided include: conceptual site design, site grading, storm water management planning and design, erosion control design, roadway design, utility design (sewer and water), bidding and contractor selection and construction project management. In addition, Edge Consulting acted as the Developer's agent for coordination with various agencies including: City of Madison, WDNR, WDOT, ACOE, and Dane County.
