Edge Consulting was retained to provide design and construction engineering services for a 13-acre residential
sub-division in the City of Baraboo.  The project involved the construction of 1400’ of new streets and utilities,
storm water facilities and overall re-grading of the site. 

Services provided include:  conceptual site design, detailed site grading, storm water management planning and

design, erosion control design, roadway design, utility design (sewer and water), bidding and contractor selection

and construction project management.  The design maximized the marketability of this beautifully situated property.
