Edge Consulting was retained to provide civil design and construction engineering services for a 164 Unit
condominium/retail development in the City of Madison.  The project involved the construction of a 13 story multi-use
building and 5 story parking ramp in the heart of the City of Madison.  This reconstruction project required close
coordination with the owner, architect, other sub-consultants and governing agencies including the City of Madison and WDNR.

Services provided include:  site and vehicle access design, detailed grading, storm water management planning and design, erosion control, utility design (sewer and water), and construction inspection.  Services also included facilitation with the City of Madison.
