Edge Consulting was retained to provide design and construction engineering services for a 10-acre 116 Unit apartment complex in the City of Baraboo.  The project involved the construction of 8 apartment buildings, large detention pond, new highway access, parking and drive areas, utilities, storm water facilities and overall re-grading of the site. 

Services provided include:  conceptual site design, annexation into the City of Baraboo, detailed site grading,
storm water management planning and design, erosion control planning, roadway design, utility design (sewer and water), bidding, construction oversite and construction staking.  The design maximized the marketability of this beautifully situated property.
